Can I see the certificate before I order?
Yes. It is linked in the documentation section of each product page. If a certificate is not shown against a listing, ask before ordering rather than after.
How should compounds be stored on arrival?
Conditions are listed in the specification table on every product page because they vary by compound. Follow the stated conditions from the moment the parcel arrives, not from when you get round to unpacking it.
How quickly do orders ship?
Orders placed before the daily cut off go out the same working day on a tracked service. Cold chain items ship early in the week so nothing sits in a depot over a weekend.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Case by case, and only where the compound can lawfully be imported for research use. Send the destination and the compound and we will confirm before you order.
